As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a proactive and motivated Outreach Specialist to join our Origination Team in Dallas, TX.

Role Overview

The Outreach Specialist will play a key support role for our Origination Associates by initiating meaningful conversations with potential business prospects as part of targeted outreach campaigns conducted on behalf of our clients. Acting as the first point of contact, the Outreach Specialist helps generate interest and engagement, laying the foundation for Origination Associates to build deeper client relationships.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building connections, and communicates persuasively to drive results. The Outreach Specialist’s efforts will ensure seamless operations and effective collaboration within the Origination Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns via phone, email, and other channels
  • Conduct high-volume calls to engage prospective companies and introduce Finquest’s value proposition
  • Qualify prospects by gathering key information to determine fit and readiness
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts in the CRM system
  • Provide administrative support to ensure outreach campaigns and operations run smoothly, including organizing materials, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with Origination Associates to schedule meetings and seamlessly transition qualified leads
  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, providing feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered

Experience:

  • 1-2 years in a sales, customer service, or outreach role
  • Experience in cold calling or lead generation

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems; experience with Zoho CRM is a plus
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., French, Spanish, German) are a strong bonus
